A Tribute To Early California Drumcorps

TBirds

1964 - Delta Thunderbirds

Welcome to my "Oldies" collection of sights and sounds from California's early drumcorps years.

I created this site to preserve some of the old memories for all drum corps fans to enjoy. The Delta Thunderbirds from Stockton was a very entertaining small corps. Their uniform colors were emerald green, black and white. The corps was always known for their GE packed music. Have a listen to their 1964 repertoire on this month's featured recording of the T-Birds. This recording was made from a contest held in Richmond.

If you have some pictures or sound files you would like to add to this web page, please feel free to email me. This web site will be updated periodically. Thanks for your interest!

I hope you enjoy your visit.
